Warranty are against manufacturing defects only, it does not include wears and tears, and or damages caused by misuse.

Accessories / Soundbar, Speaker : 1 Month Warranty


You can claim warranty us or you may courier back to us the defected product with your proof of purchase.We will then repair or replace the defected products, and will ship the repaired products or replacement to you



Warranty Fee

Svicloud Tvbox: Warranty / Repairs within one year are free

Cost need to pay: Shipping Fee/ accessories need to be purchased if they are broken
